SwissINSO utilizes its significant intellectual property assets to provide innovative solar energy solutions and related technology to meet growing global needs. Formed in 2006, the company is located in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, or EPFL, is one of the premier academic institutions in Switzerland and Europe. SwissINSO signed a technology transfer and research agreement for intellectual property involved in a new process for vacuum magnetron sputtering coating of glazing for solar collectors. The agreement includes exploitation rights of any patent obtained from future developments made by LESO/EPFL in this field.

The Open House will feature the new innovative solar thermal collectors developed over the last 7 years.
