The innovative Klymaa system captures the light of the sun and taps this energy for the purpose of cooling or heating. Using a revolutionary system of solar thermal cladding, Klymaa is the ideal ecological and economical solution to maintain an ambient temperature since it produces no CO₂ and does not rely on grid-dependent electricity. Coloured and opaque, the solar thermal panels make up the façade’s basic structure. They form a building’s partial or full exterior envelope and maximize the amount of heat captured per square meter of available surface area. The energy thus collected is then used to cool or heat the water circulating in the pipes in order to control the building’s temperature.
