Corporate governance
The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics adopted by SwissINSO applies to a wide array of business practices and procedures. While it cannot address all potential issues, the Code does define the basic principles designed to guide SwissINSO’s directors, officers, employees and subsidiaries. All of our directors, officers and employees are expected to act in accordance with the Code’s principles and avoid any improper conduct. The Code is also to be observed by all of SwissINSO’s agents, representatives and consultants.
Corporate governance at SwissINSO reflects a number of objectives:
- To guarantee and preserve accountability to SwissINSO’s owners by appropriately assigning rights and responsibilities among members of the board, managers and shareholders
- To develop a structure allowing management and Board members to define objectives and to monitor performance
- To consolidate and safeguard a culture of business integrity and responsible business practices; to comply with laws, rules and regulations
